The Bisbee City Manager presented the general fund draft 2025/2026 budget to the city council Monday night but not before saying while preparing the budget it was done cautiously due to the current state of national events and economics.
CM Stephen Pauken told the council he was as cautious as possible due to the continued defunding or cuts from the national level that it has left him wondering how funding cuts would ultimately make their way down to the city level.
