Primary election results as of press time show Mayor Ken Budge with the majority of the votes in his efforts to secure him another tenure as Bisbee’s Mayor.
As of press time, the un-official results show Mayor Budge with the majority votes of the three mayoral candidates with 996 votes, followed by Gretchen Bonaduce with 222 votes and Wanda Leikem with 213 votes.
Tuesday night after unofficial results started being released Mayor Budge said he was happy with the results and was very appreciative to all the voters who supported him. “I am grateful to everyone who voted and supported me. I truly believe we are there for the citizens and want to make the best decisions to move the city forward.
