A Bisbee man who was taken into custody in late July on charges related to alleged sexual abuse has entered a plea agreement for aggravated assault.
According to the plea agreement filed September 25, Miguel Meneses will plead no contest to aggravated assault. The plea agreement states, Meneses on or about July 26, 2024, knowingly did touch the victim with the intent to injure, insult or provoke her while her capacity to resist was substantially impaired, a class six felony. The plea agreement also states, “the state further alleges that the offense charged in this count is an offense that was committed with sexual motivation in violation of state statue”.
The plea agreement also states, “this is a non-dangerous, non-repetitive offense.”….read full story (online subscribers only)
