It has been over two years since Nathan Banbury was arrested and charged with murder in connection with the death of Lee Vance, who was found dead at his Bisbee Rd. home.
The question that still remains is to determine whether or not Banbury is competent to stand trial for the murder.
According to the request for a competency examination request from his attorney Efthymios Katsarelis, Banbury is unable to understand the proceedings against him and cannot assist with his defense. Adding that, “At this time Mr. Banbury appears to be exhibiting concerning symptoms.”
