The Bisbee City Council approved a contract for a comprehensive housing study and contract to remove hazardous vegetation in four areas of town at their October 1 meeting.

The council approved a contract with Points Consulting in the amount of $118,670 for a comprehensive housing study in Bisbee.

According to information in the contract, the scope of the work Points Consulting will provides a thorough analysis of current and future housing needs, vacancies, and characteristics to inform City policy and the updated Comprehensive Plan.
