Cochise County Chief Civil Deputy Attorney was terminated last week after being charged following an incident at the Sierra Vista Target that alleged involved videoing an underage girl and public sexual indecency.

According to a press release from the Sierra Vista Police Department Cochise County Chief Civil Deputy Attorney Paul Correa was arrested on December 18 and booked into the Cochise County Jail charged with evidence tampering and public sexual indecency.

Accord to the SVPD release, “On Wednesday, Dec. 17, at about 6:20 p.m., SVPD officers responded to the Target in the 4100 block of E. Highway 90 after an employee from the store called 911 and reported a vehicle blocking another vehicle in the parking lot.
