To commemorate a major milestone in the construction of the new two-story, 35,000 square foot addition of the surgical and inpatient wing of the Copper Queen Community Hospital (CQCH), a topping-out ceremony took place on June 18 at the site.
“This long-standing tradition marks the placement of the final beam and symbolizes how far we’ve come thanks to the dedication and teamwork of so many,” said Nathalie O’Shea, public relations & development manager at CQCH.
