Bids are now being accepted for the east segment portion of the Bisbee Bikeways Lavender Pit walking and bike path.
The scope of the project includes roadway reconfiguration and construction of a shared-use path along SR 80 with related paving, drainage, concrete, striping, signage, and traffic control improvements.
According to the bid notice sent by the city, the Engineer’s estimate have come in at $3,000,000 to $3,800,000. Bids are due July 9, 2026, at 3 p.m. (MST) and will be publicly opened at 3:30 p.m. the same day at City of Bisbee, 118 Arizona Street, Bisbee, AZ.
