Nearly a year after being charged with four counts of felony child molestation a Bisbee man was convicted and sentenced to 30 years in prison.

Stephen Paul Seth Ferreira, was sentenced on January 7, 2026, to 30 years according to information released by the Cochise County Attorney’s Office (CCAO). He will serve two consecutive 15-year prison terms for sexual exploitation of a minor, one 15-year sentence for each of the two 12-year-old victims, totaling 30 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections (ADOC). He was also sentenced on additional related counts, including attempted sexual assault, and ordered to serve lifetime supervised probation following his release.

The court also imposed lifetime protective injunctions for both victims.
