Tuesday morning Cochise County Superior Court Judge Richard Karwaczka issued a continuance in the case of a homeless man charged with murdering a 73-year-old Bisbee man last year.
Judge Karwaczka ordered the continuance stating the court is still awaiting medical records to see if Nathan Banbury, the man charged with the murder of Lee Vance, is competent to stand trial.
