The Bisbee High School Pumas football team out played opposing teams throughout the season to earn the title of reginal champions. This is the first time since 1963 the Pumas have earned such a ranking. The Pumas completed their regular season with a record of 8 wins and 1 loss and a record of 6 wins and 0 losses for their region. The Pumas defeated the Tombstone Yellow Jackets on October 25, 27 to 18. BHS Athletic Director Courtney Borquez said, “This is very exciting for Puma football.”
