Developer Joseph Lewis has sent an update letter to the City of Bisbee and is seeking assistance moving forward with the Old Bisbee High School (OBHS) project.
According to the letter dated August 22, Lewis stated the current plan for the project is to adaptively repurpose OBHS into condominium units in a phased approach starting with building a model unit as a sales unit.
In the letter Lewis outlined the plan to the city in a floor and site plan detailed in phases which he said he is hopeful will be approved at an upcoming city council meeting.….read full story (online subscribers only)
